We are not set up for returns by mail at this time.
So, therefore, please select carefully. Watch stitching techniques and if there is a question on any item please do not hesitate to call and inquire.
Any return Received without regard to this policy will be subject to a 20% restock charge.
There is absolutely NO returns on chart packs, books, patterns, leaflets, opened kits or printed material of any kind.
Also, please check your order immediately any shortage needs to be questioned within 10 days of delivery.
