This is a wonderful 1988 pattern that you can have fun converting the DMC to the popular overdyed flosses. Aida fabric may be used in this pattern and stitchers can be playful in changing colors totally. Aida may be used on this pattern as the specialty stitches agree with the weave.

Elegant Alphabets I

There are two lovely patterns in the leaflet. She has a monochromatic Welcome. Also sampler that has a Hardanger accent at the bottom. These include a few specialty stitches and would be best to be stitched on a linen or linenlike fabric. Of course colors may be changed to match decor.
